Trouble with xunlai house
So I have heard a bit about this and went to sign up, however I gave my wrong email which ended in .co.uk but it was supposed to be .com.
Now I can't even change it because it says my account is already registered which I think is damn stupid and poorly thought out. So just how am I supposed to get a confirmation email now when I can't even use my account name? |

you tried support?
if not this may be abit annoying but have you tried setting up your email address with the .co.uk at the end like if its hotmail?...its worth a shot. Afterall this address is only used for confirmation and logging in. It doesn't have to be the same for your account |

Did a similar thing with both my accounts, worked fine until i tried to change them but it didn't work, so gave up in the end.
IMO suck it up, chaos gloves look more manly when you didn't have to rely on handouts to get them. |

If you contact support and still have your account-key it should be just fine.
And then, you can change your email. |

ok this happened to me i missplet hotmail bothtimes to htomail. lol
so i wrote support formonths took them 9 months to changed my account. it does say accoutns will be del. after so long if not val. but i would try once a month to make a account but it always told me it was in use. took themthem 9 months. you have to email the website not anet though, but to save time just email anet wheni did they frist told me to email the right place, but theni emailed them back and told them its been 8 months and i have not got one email back. then it was fixed faster. |

Well I sent in a question to the support team and they said they was sending it to upper management and they will handle it. Hopefully it won't take long because I don't like missing out on freebies.

Well I checked my email today and got a confirmation for the xunlai house in my proper email and im registered and have already placed my bets.
So it looks like they were pretty quick to fix my problem which is always a good thing, customer service can lose customers if not done right. |
